What we collect

When you order tickets we collect your first name, last name and email address, together with your order details (which event, which ticket types, amounts and payment status).

Your payment details (card number, bank account) are entered on our payment provider's secure page and are never stored on our systems.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your data to process your order, deliver your tickets by email, let you into the event, and contact you about that order (for example a refund). The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.

Who we share it with

We rely on a small number of processors who handle data on our behalf under a data-processing agreement:

• Supabase — hosting and database (stores your order and ticket data).

• Mollie — payment processing (handles your payment and any refund).

• Mailjet — email delivery (sends your ticket and refund emails).

How long we keep it

We keep your order data for up to 24 months after the event, after which we anonymise the personal parts (name and email) while keeping anonymous financial totals for our accounting.

You can ask us to erase your data sooner — see your rights below.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, and to object to or restrict its processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@esnantwerp.org. We respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.

Cookies

The public ticket shop uses only strictly-necessary cookies to make the site work; it does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Organizers who log in have an authentication cookie so they stay signed in.
